Natalie first discovered Forrest Yoga after previously being told to avoid any yoga practice due to her scoliosis, a curvature of the spine. The practice has given her the tools to heal her pain and her mission is to share these benefits with other back and neck pain sufferers, as well as anyone else who wants to learn and enjoy the mental and physical benefits of a regular yoga practice.
Natalie trained intensively with world-renowned teacher Ana Forrest, anatomy & nutritional expert Ellen Heed, and has worked with the homeless charity offering Forrest Yoga as therapy to their recovery college students.
Natalie is a registered RYT200 teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance UK. She also teaches iRest meditation and went onto complete Ana Forrest's 400 hour certification program on top of her 200 hour training.
