When Natalie first started yoga, she found a piece of herself on the mat she thought she'd lost for forever. In a small but undeniably significant way, she began to come home to a Self that was whole and happy. Yoga challenged her in a way she had never encountered not only in terms of physical movement, but also in the way it moved her to inquire deeply within her psyche to aspects of herself she had never before accessed. Through this ancient, sacred practice she has learned to embrace imperfection and accept what is. Her driving motivation in becoming a yoga teacher is her desire to share the potential for self discovery and transformation.
