Natalie brings a strong calming presence to her classes. I've been impressed with how encompassing my meditation/relaxation is at the end of each class. Her voice is well suited for being a yogi.
I hope to continue taking her classes for as long as I'm in the area.
I've been practicing at Yoga on Fremont for a little over a year and I believe I've been attending Natalie's classes for about that long. I started going to her Vinyasa classes last fall and I've recently started attending her Yin classes on Monday nights. I keep taking Natalie's classes because I've always felt comfortable with her. Natalie is approachable and she's always willing to help with adjustments and modifications. I also think she's incredibly good at establishing trust with her students. She is a kind, knowledgeable, and generous teacher and I feel like my practice has expanded considerably from working with her. Her Yin class is amazing! I'm addicted!
Natalie is so patient, encouraging and knowledgeable, that I try whatever workshop or class she is offering. My practice is expanding thanks to Natalie's encouragement. She pays close to attention to your individual practice and will made adjustments and offer modifications as needed. I am learning to appreciate the meaning of 'practice' and listening to my body, through Natalie's enthusiasm. Thank you Natalie!
I recently started practicing yoga at Yoga on Fremont. I started with gentle yoga and the owner of the studio suggested that I try yin with Natalie. I did and I have been hooked ever since. Not only is she a fantastic teacher, she is kind, friendly and very approachable. She is so positive and offers adjustments for anything you need. I had ACL reconstruction last year, and she is always offering modifications and checking with me to make sure that everything is ok.
She explains things perfectly, and will come over to each student to help with any questions or concerns. I have started taking her class each week and it has greatly improved my practice. I also took a workshop that went through the sun salutation, step by step. It was great for a beginner to learn how each pose is supposed to feel and look. She is teaching a summer workshop series at Yoga on Fremont and I plan on attending each one. Her classes are great for everyone from first timers to advanced students. I look forward to my Monday yin with her every week!
