My Vinyasa flow classes are based on Ashtanga principles, integrating my creative background which gives me a chance to play with creative sequencing, emphasizing the connection between breath and movement through a series of postures which improve strength and flexibility whilst maintaining balance and simultaneously focusing and calming the mind. My flow classes are challenging yet inspire my students to practice in a safe environment.

Ashtanga is a system of 8 limbs that is designed to address all aspects of living a happy and healthy life. Experience a Vinyasa style of yoga that includes strength building, flexibility and challenging elements you will love to practice.

I offer private lessons to individuals as well as group lessons in Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga and 'Forrest Inspired' yoga classes.

I took my first yoga class in 2008 and have been practicing yoga on a daily basis ever since. I have attained over 700 hours of certification since 2010 with various local and international teachers from South Africa and India.
