I am a mother, a wife, a yoga teacher and a friend. The first meeting with yoga happened back in early 2000 as part of a recovery program in my elite orienteering career.
My passion is to bring health and well being through yoga, in balanced and fun way. Despite a sport background, I love yoga being non competitive activity for everyone, no matter a person’s age, fitness level or shape.
Through a dynamic and well-structured sequence, you will breathe, stretch, balance, sweat and work out. I aims for my students to leave the class feeling refreshed and ready for new adventures.
