Accessible, Thoughtful, Expert Teacher

Tasha is an exceptional yoga teacher. I've been taking her classes for several years and she has helped me deal with back issues, strengthen my core, and explore ways to continue ensuring flexibility while protecting my joints. Her speciality is accessible yoga - designed for anyone - blind, deaf, wheelchair, schools, cerebral palsy, trauma-informed for kids and adults, teens, and more. Her style is ideal for beginner to intermediate with an expert ability to translate beginner movement into fluid enjoyment. Her classes are full of diversity.
