Yoga classes and private sessions in Brighton & Hove
Flow-based Hatha Yoga links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that “flow” with the breath, which allows us to move from one posture to another in a continuous, flowing sequence. So, essentially, we keep moving!
Poses are naturally linked into sequences so the majority of the class is in flow, however some poses may be held for longer with extra exploration of alignment.
Classes vary each week, sometimes faster paced, sometimes more meditative, always focusing on the breath, its connection with movement or holding postures to allow the body to open and mind to relax.
Classes are open-levels, and anyone can join us including absolute beginners.
