Believer that the Yoga practice as an anchor of awareness in an ever more fragmented world, is to help many others stay connected to their true selves, through their bodies, minds and soul. I have a particular interest in Meditation to reach mindfulness and heal oneself from the inside out. I encourage a subtle balance between effort and relaxation, always paying attention to the needs of the individual as well as the group.
