Trained under the watchful eye of master teacher Maty Ezraty, Natasha is a perpetual student of yoga with a deeply rooted passion for the art of movement. She is known for her creative yet highly accessible classes deeply rooted in alignment and breath. Her inclusive, compassionate and encouraging teaching style gives her students the opportunity to explore and appreciate the incredible grace and strength of their bodies through organic and mindful movement. Her classes are fun, fiery and philosophical, as she loves integrating traditional yoga philosophy in a way that’s accessible and inspiring to the modern yogi. Her precise instruction offers her students the confidence to explore challenges with the knowledge that they are exactly where they are meant to be.
After years of classical ballet training she was first introduced to yoga as a collegiate rower in 2002. Upon graduation she took to wandering the world and practicing in studios all over the globe. Eventually settling in Scottsdale, Arizona she began a deeper exploration of the mindfulness and compassion-based lifestyle of a yogi. Inspired by the transformation of her own body and mind, she started sharing the gift with others and began teaching in 2008.
Natasha is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and has both completed and led multiple RYT Teacher Training Programs.
When not teaching, Natasha can be found outdoors with her sketchbook, in the kitchen undertaking a new culinary adventure or curled up with her dog, cats and a good book.
