Natasha is a passionate, life-loving yogi with a sense of adventure on and off the mat. She sees yoga as a journey of exploration, of transformation and celebration. She brings her lifelong passion for learning into her work as a yoga teacher. Her classes are inspired, compassionate, and incorporate multiple aspects of the yogic path. Her students receive the benefits of her ever-expanding understanding of yoga as more than just yoga poses. There is an element of play that is intrinsic to the practice of yoga that Natasha loves to explore and share in her classes. With curiosity, compassion and creativity, she offers her students a space for deep exploration of body, mind and soul.
