I strive to make every one of my students feel safe and taken care of.
Teaching since 2008 after I completed a 200 hour teacher training. Close to having 3000 teaching hours under my belt I enjoy teaching a wide range of classes and students. From beginner hatha classes , yin, restorative, pranayama and meditation, to a vigourous vinyasa class, my students always come first. Another passion is teaching and mentoring other teachers, which I had the opportunity to do at a yoga studio I co-owned in Chesapeake, Yoga Nook.
When not on my mat I enjoy relaxing with my 4 boys, volunteering in my community, hanging out with friends, discovering good local eats, and being in nature.
