I founded my own practice GuruYoga where I provide authentically (restorative)Hatha Yoga in group workshops, private sessions and for workspace environments. My historical foundation leads back to scholarly training in classical and modern ballet. I worked as a performing artist and still teach classical ballet. My professional dance education gives me a strong knowledge of the body with an explicit focus on injury prevention and stress release. In my teachings, I challenge my students to transform self-mastery creating awareness of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I construct my classes with the aim to create concentration and stillness through different meditation methods. I develop sequences where balancing the hormonal system is guidance. This all with the essence to unite the mind-body awakening the subtle energy.
