Nathalie Hodgson is a UK Bristol-based yoga instructor, freelance writer and Mindfulness practitioner. She believes that a personal spiritual practise assists the direction of the world and is devoted to helping herself and others see that everyday is an opportunity to better ourselves and therefore serve the globe.
She enjoys travel adventures, spending time in the great outdoors, swimming, dancing, singing, going upside down and getting lost in her two children’s eyes (as well as her husband’s).
A ‘budding natropath’ that includes doing her little part to protect mother earth and all that it provides. Along with her ongoing studies in Behavioural Science, Mindfulness and anatomy she is currently learning to play the piano, albeit badly and at frequencies only dogs can hear.
