I started out as a Pilates teacher and love what Pilates does for the body. However, after starting Yoga, I started to love what Yoga does for the mind, body and soul. I now own my own Studio and love teaching both Hatha Yoga and Pilates. My classes are always accessible and challenging. Yin and Yang: I strongly believe that we need time for the mind and body to restore and be soothed, but I definitely also like to Move it Move it!
