Since the age of 7 Naya Bravo has been interested in disciplines like Jazz, Flamenco and Classical Music. The synchronicity of music and movements, body and spirit rhythm combined with life has always played an important role for her. This passion is what led her to her first Hatha Yoga Class in 2007, the connection with beauty, elegance and expression of the spirit grew deeper and with more consistent practice Nayade evolved into a new space where she developed a sweet appreciation and curiosity to study yoga and share her truth. Her classes focus on a greater understanding of the subtle benefits of the postures (asanas) in balance with breathing techniques (pranayama). She loves to take her time in breaking down poses allowing the students to build physical monuments with their bodies. Nayade’s disciplined play and geeky approach to her teaching methodology coupled with love and heart keep her grounded and connected in her development and teaching techniques. "I am a strong believer in a more classical approach of practice in the system and science of Hatha Yoga and this energy is materialized in my classes, here we vibrate our our highest". Nayade Bravo
