I am passionate about teaching Iyengar Yoga to the young and old, frail or strong. I specialise in women's yoga, focusing on menstruation practices right from puberty to menopause and beyond. I also help woman through their pregnancy, provided they have been practicing Iyengar Yoga before falling pregnant. Men are also welcome and have a lot to gain from Iyengar Yoga practice. With a proper Iyengar Yoga practice that focuses on alignment and sequencing, most ailments can be corrected, improved or at least halted from getting worse.
