My love of yoga is a passionate journey that started over 25 years ago . My love of travel has lead me to experience teachings from all over the world. I studied with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2009 and continued with further learning in India . My focus is working with the breath to create a magical space to allow you to open and let go and breath . The chakras play an important role in my teachings to unblock negative energy to release any tensions, stresses and trauma , this is applied through correct asana, pranayama, mantra chanting and meditation.
