My back ground is Sports Rehabilitation where I have specialised in spinal health, muscle imbalances and alignment with althletes, muscucians and back pain sufferers for 15 years. I want to get to root cause of problems. Educating people to know how to maintain their own spinal and joint health through safe movements to avoid injuries. I have a very hands on approach during my yoga and pilates classes to show you how it feels to be in the correct positions. My classes are small so I can spend time with each individual.
