I am the owner of Purna Yoga Helsinki and have been a student of the Purna Yoga College since 2012.
My first experience studying yoga in depth was at a Sivananda Yoga school in 2003, later I studied to become a Prenatal and Postnatal teacher with Birthlight UK.
My focus in my own practice as well as teaching yoga is bringing awareness into life. Once we start to focus our mind and really feel our bodies and emotions, we develop a sensitivity to be more in the present, at the same time becoming happy and at peace.
Life is to be lived with joy and being totally conscious of our doings, we can create the life we have always wished for. That is what motivates me and I would like to give to my students inspiration from the yoga mat into daily life.
