I began practicing yoga 8 years ago whilst living in the Middle East - an indoor physical activity to escape the heat! On moving to Los Angeles I continued to practice but much more regularly, the additional benefits of yoga - mental and emotional became apparent to me. I realised I wanted to find out much more and embarked upon my teacher training journey.
Having completed my 500hr training I began teaching gentle and slow flow classes in LA and also spent much time teaching youth yoga in schools and on the beach. Now back in the UK I have begun teaching classes and private sessions in the West Sussex area.
