Yoga is my life and passion! I love the physical, mental and spiritual benefits and want to share the joy of yoga. I have been practising yoga for 12 years and teaching since 2014. I am also studying a PhD on Yoga for Anxiety and Depression at the University of Adelaide.
My Vinyasa Flow classes focus on de-stressing and relaxation through a mixture of sun salutations, breath-work, mindfulness, spiritual aspects and a good work-out.
Green Earth Yoga also supports a number of local charities and is always interested in being involved in charity events through yoga
Vinyasa Flow yoga is my passion! My yoga classes are a dynamic energising practice but also relaxing, peaceful and calming.
I have a special interest in Yoga and mental health benefits and I am currently uundertaking a PhD at the University of Adelaide on Yoga and mindfulness for anxiety and depression.
