I've practiced the physical aspect of yoga on and off for years. Then after some life changing events I came to find the spiritual side. I teach in the traditional Hatha style, connecting breath with movement, and holding poses for a longer period of time. My classes maybe challenging at times but always laid back enough to put a smile on your face! I received my 500hr certification from The Himalayan Institute under Rolf Solvik, Sandra Anderson, and Shari Friedrichsen. In addition I received a certification in Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater and yoga training for those who suffer from trauma and PTSD. I instruct in yoga studios and wellness centers, private settings for individuals and groups, and corporate offices.
