Nicole has been practicing yoga since she was 12, practicing with many great teachers and in many styles in Australia and overseas . In June 2014 she travelled to India and completed teacher training with the Sivananda organisation in Utterkashi in the himalayas. In November 2014 she qualified as a Leva Aerial Yoga Teacher. Nicole has been teaching yoga since August 2014 on the Far South Coast of New South Wales along with Ros Cron and together run "Suntime Yoga" where they currently teach 10 classes per week from Durras to Moruya. During Summer they run SUP (Stand up Paddle Board) Yoga and do plenty of outdoor classes in beautiful locations for our regular students and visitors to our beautiful area. Each class different and is tailored to the students level and needs.
