I'm a person like you - sometimes happy, sometimes struggling, but mostly exploring and growing. Yoga has helped me on that path of exploring the self and the world. Being a regular yoga practitioner for years (thank you Bali) I still do not manage to wrap my legs around my head (thank you body) - becoming a yoga teacher has not changed that fact. And you know what? This is not what I am focused on. What I try to share with my students in the class is that it is more about HOW you do something rather than what you do or how far you can reach with your arms, legs or any other body part. Challenge is always great but I saw too many people including myself pushing, pushing and pushing. It is time to take care, respect and love ourselves! On and off the mat!
