Nicole Hudson - Founder of WanderFreely, LLC., E-RYT, YACEP, Souluna Life Coach
Nicole began her Yoga journey in 2003 by way of introduction through Baptiste Yoga. Over the years, she continued to explore her practice and styles and, in 2014, completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training at Jai Yoga Arts in Brooklyn, NY. Since then, she has received a second 250-hour training from Caribe Yoga Academy in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, completed her Vinyasa Teacher Training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and is currently working toward her 500-hour certification.
A life-long student, Nicole continues her Yogic studies with teachers around the globe, including Coby Kozlowski, Anodea Judith, Lorin Roche, Mary-Dana Abbot, and Avani Gilbert. With over 1,900 teaching hours, Nicole has come to learn that one size does not fit all and encourages students to work with their own bodies, breath, and experiences. Through her Yoga practice, Nicole became deeply interested in the mind-body connection. This interest led her to become a certified Souluna Life Coach in 2017. She is now also working toward her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MS) at Pace University in New York. Nicole’s goal is to inspire others to empower themselves through yoga, coaching, and community for the sake of creating a happier and healthier society one person and one practice at a time.
