Nicole Marie Ruiz

Nicolina is a certified yoga instructor who teaches yoga, breathing, and meditation modalities to students at private retreats, retreat centers, studios and transformational gatherings across the She completed her training at 305 Yoga University in Miami, Florida in 2014. Nicolina is passionate about mindful living, yoga and maintaining a high vibration through amazing experiences with food, nature and metaphysics.

Nicolina’s teaching style incorporates both physical and philosophical aspects of yoga, with an emphasis on improving human health by intertwining movement with the healing powers of nature and ancient “Earth as Medicine” concepts. Her classes are generally held in nature and blend the sacred teachings of Kundalini and flowing vinyasa-style sequences. Classes focus on clean alignment, building strength and a blending of asana, kriya, pranayama, mantra, vibrational toning, sound healing and meditation.
