In 2011, i started on a journey to furthering my understanding on yoga and its practice, completing my 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification with Akhilesh Brahmchari at NeoYoga, Dharamkot HP India. This journey allowed me to cultivate a personal spiritual practice, expanding my knowledge of the benefits of yoga on the body and
2012 i wanted to further my study of pre and post natal yoga completing my Diploma in Pre and Post natal yoga through me to this point in
