I am a Kripalu-inspired teacher, integrative yoga therapist, radical homemaker, and perma-culture influenced farmer. I am fascinated by the human body, the mind, and the natural world. I'm in love with life, and I work to reawaken that capacity for authentic joy in others. I have found the most potent yoga practice to be non-judgmental, compassionate self-observation.
I have worked with people in all stages of life, from preschoolers at the Community Nursery School in Ithaca to Veterans at the VA nursing home in Bath, NY. My intention is not to help people strike the perfect yoga pose. My intention to help people live their life in the moment, because that's where joy, contentment, healing, peace, and bliss are to be found.
