After years of finance studies, BSCs, MSCs, CFAs Niko left the busy lights of the City, in search of the inner light within. Initially trained in Hatha and Vinyasa flow, he has since studied Hot yoga and Pregnancy yoga with Triyoga, Broga and Budokon Yoga - a fusion of yoga, martial arts and meditation. He most recently completed a 300hr with the Jivamukti School of Yoga in NYC.
With over 800hrs of training, Niko is now teaching classes across London and internationally. His yoga style reflects healthy alignment driven instruction, combined with intelligent sequencing to create a flowing artful movement. Niko teaches from the heart and his classes are light-hearted, with funky playlists, a touch of smiles, a pinch of sweat and a good toss of quirkiness.
Focus is given on lyrical slow flow that builds up to a dynamic sweaty core workout in the middle, only to soften towards the end for a Jivanmukta (liberating) ending to your practice. Aimed for the yogi that likes to explore, experiment and progress gently, building up strength, flexibility, stamina and endurance at the pace that is implied by his own body.
