Changed My Perspective on Yoga

I met Nina while staying in Ubud and starting to practice yoga regularly at Ubud Yoga House. Nina was lighthearted, attentive and firm in her instruction and adjustments. I had an injury, and she took that into account and made me feel comfortable adjusting as required. What I appreciate most about Nina is the way she makes me feel. Her practice is non-judgmental, and allowed me to challenge myself on my own terms, rather than feeling pushed.

The next day, Ubud Yoga House was closed, but I saw her again, teaching Restorative Yoga at Radiantly Alive. I'd never practiced Restorative Yoga, but immediately fell in love with it. I have NEVER felt this way about yoga before, and I credit Nina with the discovery. After that class I asked her schedule and took a class with her every day for the remainder of my time in Bali. Nina, I want to thank you for your inspiration, your drive, and all the good you bring to yoga. I've learned so much from you and I hope you continue to teach and evolve your practice for a long, long time.

I met Nina while she was teaching at Intuitive Flow in Ubud and totally fell in love with her classes.
At that time a yoga beginner, I was focused on proper alignment of my posture and had trouble working on that with other teachers. Nina puts a lot of effort into into adjusting every student individually and takes time to give proper instructions.
Besides that, Nina is a very cheerful soul and teaches with enormous passion. I would always come back!! But be warned, if you challenge her, her classes can feel like torture ;)
