I discovered yoga while looking for something to help stay calm and focused in my hectic London advertising job and help heal a reoccurring ankle injury. I practiced for a number of years until a trip around the world took me to the holy town of Rishikesh, India where I completed a month’s Iyengar intensive and was absolutely hooked from that point. Rest of the trip revolved around trying different styles of yoga in every new place I went to.
A year after returning to London, I finally quit my job and went to Bali to complete a 200hrs Vinyasa yoga teacher training. My practice is very anatomy focused and ranges from slow and restorative to deep with a faster flow.
I am also an avid freediver and enjoys pairing my practice of pranayama and meditation with a love for the sea.
