Hi, my name is Gyana, and I am a Meditation and Yoga teacher, author and mother of a little son. In 2012 I met my mentor and teacher in YOGA and since then I have practiced Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation on a daily basis and regularly visited a wonderful ashram in India, where three enlightened masters are living and sharing their wisdom. In this ashram, which is a sort of University for Spirituality, I was able to practice many meditation techniques in various programs and completed my Yoga & Meditation teachers training in 2014. I believe that meditation and yoga are very important, now more then ever in our fast and digital world, in order to not get lost in the hustle and to be able to live a happy, healthy and blissful life. As a mother I also experienced the positive effects that yoga and meditation practices have on pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, and how the baby benefits from it as well. Today I want to share my realizations here and in my yoga and meditation classes to inspire others to have a deeper look into YOGA and conscious living. I can say from my own experience, that it is absolutely worth it!
