Norine has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2007. Her roots began under the guidance of Iyengar instructors but truly blossomed into a way of life. She believes yoga is a journey of the body, mind, and spirit connection and pathway to inner peace. Although she enjoys a challenging vinyasa flow she loves the time to be still and flow with the rhythms of life.
