Witty and wise

Norman has a cult following in London - just go to his packed-out Ashtanga classes at London Bridge to witness the phenomenon. Not surprising: he cares intensely about your yoga, and cares intensely about the deeper things in life (his quieter sessions are quite the treat). But, to contradict myself, you may come for the yoga, but you'll stay for the jokes....I have, on and off, for about 15 years.

Life Changing Teacher

I have regularly been attending Norman's classes for over a decade and he is truely inspirational. When I first met Norman I was attending mysore classes at Triyoga in London and he was the cover teacher. I loved the intuitive, caring adjustments he gave and that was it - I started going to his classes. Norman teaches Ashtanga yoga in a loving way and his gentle approach has helped me gain access to a lot of postures without ever being injured. His monthly Yin yoga workshops are phenomenal! Just go! And, he's about to launch a teacher training! Fantastic! Thank you Norman for being such a wonderful teacher!
