The teaching of yoga needs to be a little less serious and lots more fun. I try to bring this lightness to the deepest of self inquiry.
Using humour to remind people that happiness comes from complete acceptance, which means accepting it all. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
I currently run a private yoga therapy practice in London, where I have clients that include many prominent people, in the fashion, music, and film industry. And this year I have started Affinity Yoga Teacher Training School, which is a fabulous experience.
I have been practicing for over 25 years and teaching for 10 years around the world. In this time I have had the chance to work with the Canadian Armed Forces to teach yoga and meditation to cultivate calm and relaxation post-tour, and the Canadian Olympic Swimming Team commissioned me to give pranayama and mediation yoga sessions prior to competition. I also made pranayama programmes for free-divers in South East Asia.
I studied for 2 consecutive years Teacher Training in India with renowned Vedantic teacher Yogi Vishvketu at the World Yoga Family in Rishikesh, India.
