"For those wounded by civilization, yoga is the most healing salve."
T. Guillemets

Personal Statement

My yoga journey started when I was ten years old I saw this yoga program on television and fell in love. I tried to employ it into my life the best that I could at the time. Fast forward 10 years later I still have this infatuation with yoga and was able to classes at the university I attended, during this time I discovered Bikram yoga, and other forms of Hatha Yoga. My practice was not consistent as I wanted but yoga was always in the background calling me. In 2012 I had my breakthrough, insomnia, and stress had overtaken me; a small voice said, " Yoga." I started practicing at leas 4-5 times a week and the miracles began, I could sleep through the night, I felt great in my body (lost 30 lbs I gained), and found peace of mind. I wanted to share what I had discovered with the world. The universe welcomed my wish with open arms and offered me a full scholarship for my yoga teacher training (the most transformative experience to happen to me thus far). My goal as teacher is to allow you to find the miracles that already lie within so you connect to your MIND, BODY, & SOUL.
