Teach hatha yoga base on the Krishnamacharya principles of repetition and stay vs. static poses. I believe that yoga is good for everyone regardless of physical abilities, age, or religious orientation.
I love helping others achieve a great body mind connection one breath at the time.
I also teach Masala Bhrangra workout, Thai Yoga Massage,Pound Fit workout, Reiki, and love using aromatherapy.
I keep my prices very affordable so that everyone can keep their yoga practice 2-3 times per week.
