I like to enjoy life. I sing, dance, yoga, meditate, have good time with people or myself drinking coffee, reading some interesting stuff.
I work with people or groups become more aware of who we are. Learn to draw the attention, to observe and to love ourselfs. Get to know that life is perfekt as it is and we are perfekt as we are. So we only have to come in peace with what is. There are ways to exercise this. Yoga is one way i like to use.
