I have been practicing Yoga since 2001. I was enjoying it so much and wanted to learn more, so I decided to do a teacher training in India in 2006. Since then I have practiced with different teachers all over the world different styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini and Acro Yoga. For the last 6 years I have practiced mostly Iyengar Yoga which is concentrated a lot on alignment and using props as a help especially for beginners.
My yoga lessons are based on body awareness in order to calm your mind and find peace and quieteness within yourself.
