Olga's first yoga experience happened ten years ago. She still remembers how impressed she was by the fact that her body was so unruled, inflexible, and weak, even after so many years of fitness, gym, and other activities. From that time, she decided to change that and learn how to control her body and understand it better. She wanted to be able to soothe her mind and control her breath.
Yoga has become an integral part of Olga's life and soul. After learning from the best teachers of India, Ukraine, and Russia, she continues to improve her skills and has shared for five years her knowledge and experience with students, by conducting group and individual classes. She also organizes regular offsite retreats. Olga is a vegetarian practicing a raw food diet and leading a healthy lifestyle.
