Olivia has been around yoga all her life but started practicing in earnest in 1997 and has been teaching yoga since 2007.
Olivia trained to teach yoga in London at Triyoga. She is an accredited British Wheel of Yoga teacher for teaching yoga in general classes, as well as to pregnant women and children. She is also trained in teaching more specific forms of yoga such as yin, restorative and vinyasa yoga.
Olivia is able to bring in this experience and expertise in to her teaching, and make yoga accessible to all bodies. She is driven by her love for yoga, for sharing this love through her teaching and a desire to connect people to their inner guidance.
Her classes combine elements of mindfulness, flow & breath, physical alignment and discussions on anatomy, restorative yoga intended to calm the nervous system. No class is the same.
