Certifications

Being validated my certificate with Yoga Alliance. I practice with different teachers (Morocco, France, Bali) but still in the hatha and vinyasa style.
Yoga I teach is related to surfing and allows you to connect to your breathing, your body and your feelings.
We also take in retirement chanting mantras and implementation of mandalas.
