Influenced by my teachers, peers, architecture background and travels, I aim to bring a unique sense of rejuvenating to each of my classes. I encourage the improvement of my classes not only through physical posture, but also their mental health and body wellness.
For the past 5 years, I promote Yoga and Wellness courses for corporate, retreat and groups based in Malaysia and also overseas. Classes are delivered in English and Mandarin. My goal is to have my students leave each class feeling empowering, refreshed and a pleasant smile for the rest of their day.
