I am from bangkok Thailand, based in Chiang Mai. I am a mum of 2 beautiful children. I've been practicing Yoga for over 5 years to calm myself down and escape from a busy world we're in. I do yoga to be with myself, to re-think and to understand myself and others. I finally completed my first 200hr registered yoga teacher course (Yoga Alliance USA) in Dubai and become a certified yoga teacher in Hath Flow Yoga and Swing yoga. My goal of teaching yoga is to help people finding their balance & inner peace, to understand themself & to discover what their body can do.
