I'm a therapeutic yoga teacher who teaches trauma-sensitive yoga and yoga to people with chronic illnesses. My therapeutic classes or private sessions blend combination of gentle but powerful restorative poses, guided meditation and self-massage. This technique creates a safe space for self-healing.
My students are in studios, private clients, in hospitals, prisons and high schools. I'm passionate about the belief that yoga in all of its forms can help us live a better life.
I also teach traditional vinyasa, hot vinyasa and traditional hot yoga.
