Orameh is passionate about the art and science of yoga not only as a healing gift but as a way to live more fully, compassionately and resiliently while embodying our true nature.
She began practicing in the year 2001 and has been teaching in Los Angeles since 2011 in private, corporate, studio, federal, community centers, juvenile hall and K-12 school settings with people of all walks of life. She loves to create a welcoming and inclusive space for people to explore the transformative qualities of a well rounded practice.
Orameh is an E-RYT yoga teacher, Certified Forrest Yoga Instructor having completed both the Foundation and Advanced Teacher Training with Ana Forrest along with further studies through the Mentorship Program with Forrest Yoga Guardian Brian Campbell, Certified Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher, Certified Yoga of the Heart and Cancer Teacher, Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, Kids Yoga Teacher through Sat Nam Yoga in Schools program and is currently completing the advanced year in Somatic Experiencing. Her meditation practice rests in the traditions of Buddhist vipassana and mindfulness. She honors the wonderful teachers she has studied with and is inspired by classical teachings that have informed her practice, life and growth, yet gives from the wisdom and love of and from the heart.
