Ornella’s yoga journey started 20
years ago as a means to connect
mind, body and spirit. Ornella
embraced yoga from the first class,
finding the stillness of the mind in
conjunction with the movement of
t h e b r e a t h e a n d b o d y
transformative. Under the tutelage
of mentor Nina Alfers (Jungle Yoga,
Svastha Yoga, AYA certification),
Ornella is experienced in teaching
Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa yoga. She
applies the teachings of the ancient
yogic texts to our everyday lives
beyond the mat.

Transition And Evolution Through the Practice Of Yoga

Metamorfosis Yoga are Hatha based classes that utilise the breathe to guide yogis of all abilities through a variety of poses. The classes build core strength, alignment, flexibility, and balance of body and mind through stillness and stability. They provide space to discover the truth in transition, and the sense of lightness for both beginners and more advanced yogis. Classes are breathe based to facilitate a deepening of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath) and meditation, allowing pupils to explore the spiritual through the physical.
