Pain and injury lead me to Svaroopa® yoga in the early 2000.
Svaroopa® yoga has helped me learn to let go and be in my body pain free, quieting my mind and finding that there is so much less to worry about and so much more to be joyous about - a much easier and fulfilling way to live. This consciousness style of yoga has allowed me to know the Self and settle deeper into that knowing.
I feel passionate to share this stye of yoga with others, as it continually helps me to grow in consciousness, heal and grow.
As well as yoga chanting and meditation, i love good food, good vibes, nature, travel and adventure and of course, Peace!
