A lifelong multi-sport athlete, my focus is on helping athletes at any age (especially those mid-life and beyond) use yoga to improve performance while living a healthier life -- physically, mentally and emotionally.
By offering different classes, one focused on strengthening muscles and the other on deep joint opening and improved flexibility, students can address their specific needs or address the needs of the whole body.
I love to offer students a non-competitive, judgement free space to experience their own practice, notice their own progress, connect with their breath and clear their minds.
