Helps you find your personal edge. A nice balance of safety and fun. She takes time to get to know her class. One can feel her love of sharing Yoga with others. One will be pleasantly surprised even first time visitors

Pam is playful and wise. She is dedicated to her students needs. Her classes are challenging without the pressure to perform perfectly. I leave her classes feeling relaxed and grounded. My body and my mind benefit from her classes. She is a wonderful teacher.

Pam is a cautious, conscience yoga instructor with a wealth of knowledge on yoga principles and moves. Very pleasant with a ready smile. Informative and friendly. Good class at a moderate pace. Try it!
Pam has been teaching me yoga for over 5 years. She leads her class with a gentle style focused on what the group needs might be that day. She is always careful to encourage participants to set their own pace and do what feels right. She makes note of any special needs in the group and adjusts accordingly. She is a beautiful soul who will guide you with care and concern to be the best you can be in all aspects of life, starting with the yoga mat.
